A: The easiest way is to download a voter registration form from the Secretary of State's website, fill it out and send it to your county clerk.

Be sure to use the full name of the party (American Constitution Party) on the affiliation line.

NOTICE: you do not have to give your full SSN on the form, just the last four digits.

Wait 2 or 3 weeks, then check with the county to make sure it got done right with a code "A" for the party.
